Booking terms
These conditions apply to stays booked directly with us. Bookings made through a third-party website are governed by the conditions of the site you booked on.

Who you are booking with
Sky Island Studios, Tamborine Mountain, Queensland. ABN 13 827 631 424. Direct bookings are taken through our booking engine, provided by Sirvoy.

Guests and occupancy
Each of the three studios takes up to two guests.
Please book for the correct number of guests, counting adults and children alike. If the booking is for fewer people than arrive, we may not be able to accommodate the party, and a higher extra-guest fee applies at check-in than the rate you would have paid when booking.
Children aged 7 years and older can be accommodated and must be included in the guest count. Younger children cannot be accommodated.
Pets cannot be accommodated, large or small.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is by 11 am.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available as rooms need to be prepared between guests.

Payment
Direct bookings are made online and paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds
A direct booking cancelled more than 3 days before arrival receives a refund of the amount paid, less a processing fee of 2% of the booking total. The same processing fee applies however the booking was paid for.
A cancellation within 3 days of arrival is not refundable.
A booking made through a third-party website follows the cancellation policy of that site, not this one.

What is included
Breakfast is included with every stay. Every unit has cooling and heating, a kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The three studios each have a private bathroom with a shower, and ocean views. Every guest is welcome on the observation deck at any time.
Free private parking is provided, monitored by a security camera.

Changing a booking
To change the dates or the number of guests on a direct booking, write to us and we will amend it where we can. Email us about your booking.
